User Experience and Product Design unit consists of a team of 24 designers operating in a collaborative environment reminiscent of tech firms rather than traditional financial services. Situated within the Technology sector, we integrate with product development squads and engage with fellow UX/Product designers, developers, product owners, and researchers within an agile software development framework.

Responsibilities – Overview:
• Assume ownership of the entire design lifecycle, encompassing ideation, execution, and iteration, including UX, UI, and prototyping.
• Operate with agility and vigor to prototype, test, and refine design concepts swiftly.
• Actively incorporate insights gleaned from user testing and research.
• Employ excellent communication skills to instill enthusiasm for your work at all organizational levels.
• Collaborate closely with UX and product designers, product owners, and developers to facilitate efficient project delivery.
• Contribute thought leadership to enhance and refine our design processes.
• Leverage expertise in design systems to shape and enhance our design language continually.
• Ensure alignment and knowledge sharing within the broader design team.
Responsibilities – People:
• Lead and nurture a small team of product designers, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Facilitate team meetings, conduct regular one-on-one sessions, and aid in establishing annual goals and development plans.
• Maintain close collaboration with DE&D leadership to ensure team cohesion and progress.
Skills and Experience:
• Over 7 years of experience delivering global products in a similar large-scale product-centric environment.
• Proficient, adaptable design skills encompassing typography, grid systems, and cross-platform UI.
• Strong aptitude for navigating complexity, particularly concerning data analysis, numerical interpretation, and workflow optimization.
• Ability to develop working prototypes and showcase interactive design solutions.
• Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering conceptual work.
• Experience in creating and managing design systems.
• Awareness of contemporary design trends and patterns.
• Meticulous attention to detail across all phases of the design process.
