Our client is expanding its team in Poland and is presently seeking to hire Business Development Specialists.

Our client provides high-quality translations customized to specific requirements, covering various fields such as legal documents, medical reports, financial content, and eLearning materials. They offer tailored solutions to assist businesses in swiftly and affordably accessing new markets. Their team comprises over 900 professional linguists and native speakers skilled in more than 240 language pairs, encompassing local dialects. They specialize in word forensics, copywriting, and localization.

Services Offered:

  • Translation and Localization: Comprehensive coverage.
  • Game Localization: Over 15 years of expertise in gaming, localizing video games for all platforms, including mobile phones and consoles.
  • iGaming Translation: Specialization in casino, bingo, poker, and eSports content.
  • Medical Device Globalization: Ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Financial Translation: Showcasing financial services and products globally to traders and investors.
  • eLearning Localization: Adapting content for various devices, systems, or eLearning platforms.

As a BizDev Specialist, you will be instrumental in propelling business growth, nurturing client relationships, and exploring new prospects.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with prospects and existing clients.
  • Initiating proactive sales through methods like cold calling, independent research, and referral programs.
  • Identifying new business opportunities, including emerging markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services.
  • Generating leads and reaching out to potential clients through cold calling.
  • Conducting face-to-face or phone meetings with customers/clients.
  • Strategizing comprehensively, envisioning the broader picture, and setting goals to enhance business development.
  • Participating in conferences and events.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or B2B sales within the translation industry.
  • Proficiency in English; fluency in additional languages is considered a strong advantage.
