As a Compliance Monitoring Associate, you will assist in managing compliance activities across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring regulatory adherence. This role is ideal for someone looking to shift from hands-on monitoring to a more oversight and management-oriented position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the management of the Compliance Monitoring Framework, working closely with the Head of Group Compliance.
• Oversee the execution of the Monitoring Plan, including routine, thematic, and ad-hoc reviews.
• Generate reports on Monitoring findings and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
• Track and manage monitoring issues through to resolution, maintaining accurate logs.
• Produce regular management information (MI) reports.
• Conduct limited monitoring tests and perform assurance checks on Central Compliance Team activities.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of compliance experience in the financial sector, such as investment management, private equity, or asset management.
• Proven experience with compliance monitoring and management.
• Degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
