Finance Manager (Legal Entity Control) – Warsaw

We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Manager (Legal Entity Control) to join a dynamic and growing international financial institution. This role is based in Warsaw, offering a hybrid work model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing financial and regulatory reporting for the organization’s Polish entity, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial control and regulatory reporting function for the Polish entity.
• Prepare quarterly financial reports for senior management and board-level presentations.
• Oversee the year-end audit process, acting as the key contact for external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and Polish GAAP in all financial reporting.
• Work closely with internal teams on tax matters, including transfer pricing.
• Evaluate retained earnings capacity to support dividend distribution.
• Drive process improvements and assess changes in the accounting model.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including offshore teams.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in financial control, regulatory reporting, or legal entity control.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Polish accounting regulations.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Experience managing statutory audits and external reporting.
• Fluency in Polish and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with international teams.
• Experience working within financial services, asset management, or corporate finance is preferred.
• Familiarity with transfer pricing and tax regulations (a plus).
