About the role:

• Monthly Management accounts and reports preparation
• Revenue returns (VAT, VIES etc)
• Preparation of month end journals and balance sheet reconciliations
• Client invoicing and WIP management
• Accounts receivable support and maintenance
• Client AR invoicing and WIP management
• Detailed P&L review and variance reporting against budget and prior year
• Preparation of reports for finance meetings and ad-hoc reporting requests
• Working on the annual audit and fulfilling auditor requests
• Dealing with Tax Advisors and other external consultants when necessary
• Liaising with providers of our accounting and OS software
• Timesheet reporting and analysis

Requirement

• Qualified Accountant
• Ideally 2+ years post qualification experience
• Solid Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and numerical abilities
• Detail oriented with strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
• The ability to work well as part of a small finance team
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in preparation of financial statements and month end reports
