Curenlty, we are looking for Financial Controller Role.

Main Tasks

Reporting

· Prepare & Analyse Monthly Management Accounts

· Create Monthly Management meeting reports

· Maintaining and updating budgets & Supply Budget

· Maintaining and updating Monthly cashflow’s

· Weekly Finance & Sales KPI report

· Conduct regular Cost Management Reviews

· Financial modelling & analysis

Taxation & Revenue

· Bi-Monthly Vat Returns Ireland and UK

· Intrastat Return

· Vies Returns

· CSO Returns

· CIS Monthly Returns for HMRC

Other

· Oversee and manage the financial team and managing the finance function.

· Manage Fixed Assets Ledger

· Review & approve month end payment run suppliers

· UK Payroll- Prepare monthly schedule and approve reports from FFT for payment

· Month end Commission reports for UK Sales Team & Agents

· Qtrly Royalties – Tim Fenby, Annual Royalties

· Prepare Monthly Interco management fees

· Manage Car Leases

· Assist auditors with queries

· Oversee Month end and year end Closure A/P, A/R

· Ensuring financial ledgers and accounting processes are maintained

Debtors

· Support the A/R teams with staying on top of all A/R targets.

· Allocate payments & deductions for various significant clients.

· Manage any customers that send Debit Notes

· Regular review of debtors with Debtor Administrator, credit limits (Creditsafe)
