About our client: Join a dynamic and rapidly growing team in Krakow, Poland, as our client establish a new contact centre supporting an international client base (standard hours). Our clients mission is to connect patients, providers, and caregivers to the right care, at the right time, in the right place, resulting in exceptional experiences and outcomes for patients and providers. 

Role Overview: As an IT Helpdesk Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of our virtual contact centres in Poland, Ireland, and the USA. Your responsibilities will span a variety of areas, including end-user support, infrastructure maintenance, and innovation. Our client is looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, a passion for problem-solving, and an ability to gather and analyse data from various sources. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Basic End-User Administration 
  • Active Directory Administration 
  • Remote Worker and Cloud Service account administration 
  • Engage with end-users in a timely manner to address support requests 
  • Clarify problems and identify required steps for resolution 
  • Efficiently manage tickets and maintain thorough documentation 
  • Conduct Inventory and Asset Management 
  • Routinely audit and report stored equipment to the Enterprise Support Manager 
  • Ensure appropriate employee/department allocation of registered assets 

Requirements: 

  • Proficiency in written and oral presentations 
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting and documentation methodologies 
  • Strong data gathering and analysis skills, with the ability to decipher pertinent information 
  • Collaborative participation in various team environments 

Additional Eligibility Qualifications: 

  • Recent or active engagement in continuing education with a focus on information technology 
  • Standards-based technology certification
