We are currently recruiting a Learning & Development Specialist for our client in Abu Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced training professional who is passionate about learning, employee development, and driving organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging and effective learning content, including presentations, e-learning modules, and other training materials

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs based on operational and organizational needs

• Facilitate interactive training sessions using a variety of instructional methodologies

• Assess training effectiveness through feedback, testing, and performance metrics

• Gather insights from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve content and delivery

• Organize e-learning courses, workshops, and in-person sessions

• Oversee training budgets and negotiate contracts with external providers when necessary

• Plan and execute end-to-end development programs aligned with company goals

• Stay up to date with current L&D trends and integrate innovative techniques

• Prepare and maintain training documentation, records, and reports for management review

• Implement new methodologies for improved learning outcomes and employee growth

• Support a culture of continuous learning across the organization

• Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field

• Master’s degree is a plus

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in learning management systems and modern training technologies

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Creative mindset with a focus on engagement and measurable outcomes
