We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Abu Dhabi and are looking for a skilled Network Administrator who is open to relocation and excited to take the next step in their career in an international setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and administer computer networks and related environments, including software, hardware, and configurations

• Perform disaster recovery operations and regular data backups

• Implement and monitor network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and other network-related issues

• Replace faulty network hardware components when needed

• Maintain and configure antivirus software and email applications

• Monitor network performance and make necessary adjustments

• Assist users with resolving existing system problems

• Operate master consoles to track the performance of networks and systems

• Coordinate access and usage of computer networks

• Design, configure, and test networking software, computer hardware, and operating system software

• Perform other duties as assigned by the department head

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus

• Minimum of 3+ years of full-time experience as a Network Engineer

Desired Skills & Certifications:

• Cisco certifications: CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE

• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, FortiGate, NSE 4, 5, 6, and Juniper switches

• Hands-on experience with HP, Fortinet, or Cisco equipment

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Analytical and data-driven problem-solving mindset
