Job description

Our client, a leading company in the alternative asset management industry, is experiencing exponential growth and is looking for a Recruitment Associate to join their Recruitment team based in Warsaw. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into the industry and support different teams worldwide, particularly focusing on thriving regions such as Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with candidates and undertaking preliminary calls to discuss their experience as well as the responsibilities, compensation, and benefits of the role.
  • Creatively advertising positions on the company website and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Working closely with Recruitment Agencies and Hiring Managers to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Building strong relationships with Hiring Managers and listening to their needs.
  • Maintaining the recruitment platform Workday by creating job requisitions, scheduling interviews, tracking processes and interview feedback, etc.
  • Proactively sourcing potential candidates for a multitude of positions across Europe using LinkedIn Recruiter (desirable).
  • Supporting the Global Recruitment Manager with day-to-day recruitment activities.
  • Conducting pre-screening calls and final HR interviews.
  • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all the candidate’s documentation and/or information.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Administrator / Associate or in a similar position.
  • Extensive administrative experience and highly organised.
  • Proficient using LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing for high calibre talent.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
  • Strong communication skills – Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Confident with the skills to adapt.
  • Capable of working autonomously but also as part of a team.
  • Solutions-focused with a can-do attitude.
  • Experience using Workday
