We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruitment Executive on behalf of our client in Abu Dhabi. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter who is ready to relocate and take the lead in attracting top-tier talent to a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract qualified candidates using a variety of platforms (job boards, social media, networking, etc.)

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and design tailored recruitment strategies

• Screen resumes and applications to identify top candidates

• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams

• Guide candidates through the interview process and promote the company’s values and culture

• Support the onboarding of new hires to ensure a smooth and engaging transition

• Analyze recruitment data and suggest improvements for process optimization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• 8–10 years of experience in a recruitment-focused role

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders

• Highly organized with effective time management abilities

• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems or relevant recruitment platforms
