Our client, a global leader in the financial industry, is seeking a dynamic and innovative Training & Development Manager to join their team. Role Overview: As a Training & Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client’s global client servicing teams. This position is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive training and development strategy, fostering a culture of continuous learning within a dynamic and high-performance environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Strategy Ownership: Develop and execute a long-term training and development strategy aligned with company objectives for global client servicing teams. 
  • Team Building: Establish a robust team structure to efficiently meet global servicing T&D requirements, leading a group of enthusiastic trainers. 
  • Alignment with Objectives: Align training and development initiatives with company service objectives and KPIs, identifying areas for staff development. 
  • Needs Evaluation: Evaluate client servicing training requirements in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts, Specialists, and Senior Leadership to design effective solutions. 
  • Strategic Initiatives: Lead strategic training initiatives to develop high-potential staff within Trading Services. 
  • Budget Planning: Plan annual training and development budgets, ensuring optimal utilization of allocated resources. 
  • Onboarding and Execution: Plan and lead the execution of end-to-end onboarding and service training processes for global teams. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure the quality and effectiveness of training programs. 
  • Progressive Programs: Oversee progressive training programs such as Advanced Product Test (APT) and Trade Execution Test (TET) across all service departments. 

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in creating, communicating, and implementing effective Training and Development strategies. 
  • Leadership: Strong leadership abilities, including managing and leading a training function.
