On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Anaplan Systems Specialist to oversee the maintenance, optimization, and continuous improvement of the Anaplan platform. This role combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of financial processes, particularly in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented professional who will take ownership of Anaplan platform management while ensuring alignment with the company’s financial objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations, to drive continuous system improvements and ensure that the Anaplan platform is effectively tailored to business needs

This is a hybrid work opportunity, with 3 days working from the office and 2 days working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer the Anaplan system, including user management, data integration, and system configuration
• Monitor system performance and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability
• Design, develop, and maintain financial models in Anaplan
• Ensure data consistency and seamless integration between financial systems
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to tailor Anaplan solutions to business needs
• Implement best practices in data security and system governance
• Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all system changes

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in Anaplan administration and model building
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of financial processes, particularly FP&A
• Experience in data integration and ETL processes
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Anaplan Certified Model Builder certification is a plus
