We are seeking experienced Contact Centre Manager.

Location: Luxury Island Resort, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the Contact Centre department
    to ensure efficiency and consistency in service delivery.
  • Oversee the management of all Contact Centre operations, ensuring a high standard
    of service is always maintained.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise Contact Centre agents and Contact Centre supervisors
    and staff, providing training and development opportunities. • Coordinate closely with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction and
    seamless integration of services.
  • Analyze guest feedback and service failures to develop strategies for improvement.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts for the Contact Centre department, optimizing
    resources and controlling expenditure

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in CRM and sales force.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal communication skills, with fluency in
    English; proficiency in Arabic and other languages is advantageous.
  • Extensive experience in guest services management, preferably within a luxury
    hospitality environment.
  • Strong organizational and strategic planning skills, with a proven ability to
    manage multiple priorities.
  • Advanced knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field is highly
    preferred.
  • At least 8+ years of experience in management, with significant
    supervisory and managerial experience.
