We are seeking experienced Venue Supervisors to oversee the day-to-day operations at designated venues within the resort. The ideal candidates will ensure the safety, compliance, and quality regulations are followed, manage and train the guest relations team, and maintain exceptional guest service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations at the designated venue.
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and quality regulations are followed.
  • Supervise the performance of FOH/BOH staff, ensuring seamless guest service.
• Guest Relations:
  • Handle guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
  • Respond to guest requests accurately and timely, making recommendations based on local knowledge.
  • Accommodate special requests whenever possible.
• Team Leadership:
  • Lead, manage, and train the venue guest relations team.
  • Capture lessons learned to improve services and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Lead daily briefings to ensure necessary information is disseminated timely and efficiently.
  • Manage team roster and staff allocation to meet guest needs and ensure seamless operations.
• Professional Development:
  • Supervise day-to-day performance of the staff, providing corrections and realignments.
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and managers.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role within the hospitality or events industry.
• Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English (mandatory), Arabic (preferred), and other languages (preferred).
  • Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking, and conflict management skills.
  • Ability to operate a vehicle with a local KSA license (or ability to obtain one).
